Who is Musée Optical Studio?

A Vancouver optical studio run by a licensed optician. We sell eyeglasses and contact lenses online and give personal advice on lenses and frames.

Is there a licensed optician I can talk to?

Yes. Every recommendation is reviewed by a licensed optician, not just a sales system.

Do you offer a mobile optician in Vancouver?

Yes. We come to you for fittings and adjustments in Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Delta, Surrey, Langley and Coquitlam. We are a remote / mobile business with no walk-in storefront.

How do I book a visit?

Book online through our Square appointment page at musevision.ca, or email info@musevision.ca. You can also call (236) 707-2555.

What are your hours?

Optician advisory hours are Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

Do you direct-bill vision insurance?

Yes. We bill Pacific Blue Cross, GreenShield, Canada Life and most providers on the TELUS Health portal directly. Bring your plan details and we will check your coverage.

How does the optician advisory work?

You answer a short questionnaire about your prescription, health history, lifestyle and work environment. A licensed optician reviews it and sends you a written recommendation with prices.

Can I order prescription glasses online?

Yes. Upload a valid prescription when you order. We help you measure your pupillary distance if you don't have it.

Can I buy contact lenses online in Canada?

Yes. We sell major contact lens brands, including ACUVUE OASYS 1-Day and ACUVUE OASYS MAX 1-Day. You need a current contact lens prescription; a glasses prescription is not the same thing.
