Thank you for shopping with Musee Optical Studio, operated by MUSE VISION & EYEWEAR GROUP INC. This policy explains how we ship your order, what it costs, and what to expect after you buy.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within Canada only.
Made-to-Order Products and Estimated Delivery Times
Many of our products are prepared or ordered specifically for you. Estimated delivery times are:
Contact lenses: approximately 5 business days
ZEISS prescription lenses: approximately 5–7 business days
Eyewear frames: approximately 10–15 business days
Prescription orders begin processing once we have received a valid prescription. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by laboratory, supplier, or carrier delays, weather, or other events outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected shipping method. Free standard shipping may be available on selected orders as shown at checkout.
Taxes
Applicable Canadian sales taxes (GST, HST, PST, or QST) are calculated and collected at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we will email you a confirmation with a tracking number and link, where available. Tracking information may take some time to update.
Address Accuracy
Please check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct it. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
If your order is lost, arrives damaged, or is significantly delayed, contact us at info@musevision.ca and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible. Because many products are made to order, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production or lens processing has started. Orders cannot be modified once shipped. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
